Have You Ever Felt Like Your Life Is Going in Circles?

The same bouts of anxiety, the same flashes of irritation, the same background fatigue and apathy. It feels like you are just a character in a play, with a script written by someone else. You try different methods: you try to "think positive," to "get a grip," to meditate... but you always end up back at square one.

"Mastery of Consciousness" offers a completely different approach.

This is not another philosophy or a set of motivational slogans. This is a practical instruction manual for your own consciousness. A detailed, life-tested guide that explains why you suffer and gives you simple, step-by-step tools to stop it.

The Main Idea of the Teaching is Simple:

Happiness is not something you need to seek or create. Happiness is your natural, innate state. It is already within you. It is like the sun, which is always shining in a cloudless sky. And all our sufferings—anxiety, anger, despondency—are just clouds that we ourselves, without realizing it, have learned to gather.

This method will teach you not to fight the clouds, but to simply stop creating them. And then the sun of your inner joy will begin to shine on its own.

You Are Trying to SUPPRESS Negativity. Here’s Why It Doesn’t Work.

Have you ever noticed that the more you struggle with anxiety, resentment, or irritation, the stronger they become? From an early age, we're taught to ignore or suppress "bad" feelings. "Don't cry," "don't be angry," "get a grip." We believe that if we just pretend the pain isn’t there, it will simply go away.

It's like fighting weeds.

If you only cut off the top, the strongest and ugliest root remains deep in the ground.

Suppressed emotions don’t go anywhere.

Like radioactive waste, they accumulate in the "basement" of our subconscious, draining our energy and poisoning our lives from within. They manifest as chronic fatigue, muscle tension, causeless anxiety, and illnesses that doctors call "psychosomatic."

I know this firsthand.

I have seen with my own eyes how a deep but suppressed resentment over two months destroyed the health of a strong, cheerful person and led to their death. This tragic event proved to me once and for all: negative emotions are not just a "bad mood"; they are a real, physical, destructive force. Trying to suppress it is like trying to plug the mouth of a volcano with your palm.

My method teaches you not to cut the tops and not to plug the volcano.

It teaches you to eliminate the root of the problem. You will learn a simple and understandable technique that allows you not to hide negative emotions, but to completely get rid of them, dissolving them at the moment of their emergence. You will see that anxiety, anger, and despondency are not a part of your personality, but simply a bad habit. A habit that can and must be changed.

Not Everything You Feel is You. Learn to Tell Them Apart.

My approach begins with a simple but revolutionary skill — Discernment. We are used to perceiving our inner world as a chaotic "soup" of thoughts, feelings, and desires. But in fact, all these inner impulses can be divided into two large, fundamentally different classes: those that lead us to strength, and those that lead to suffering.

Your inner "compass" has only two arrows:

EMOTIONS
Poison or Fuel?

Negative Emotions (Poison):

These are our habitual anxiety, resentment, envy, jealousy, boredom (negative emotions). They are always recognizable by three signs: they drain your energy, create a "fog" in your head, and leave an unpleasant aftertaste.

Positive Emotions (Fuel):

This is joy, sincere interest, sympathy, tenderness, inspiration (positive emotions). They always give you energy, bring clarity, and leave a warm, pleasant aftertaste.

DESIRES
Imposed or True?

Mechanical Desires (Imposed):

They come from the outside: "should," "must," "it's expected." You set these goals not out of sincere interest, but out of fear or a sense of duty. They are what cause inner resistance, fatigue, and the feeling that you are not living your own life. I once spent almost ten years of my life on a goal I thought was mine. But in the end, I realized it was someone else's dream, which almost led me to complete burnout.

True Desires (Joyful):

They come from within, from the heart itself. They are impossible to mistake: they are always accompanied by anticipation, interest, and a surge of energy. Even if the path to them is difficult, the process of moving itself brings pleasure. It is the realization of such desires that fills life with meaning.

The core idea of my method is simple: 

As soon as you eliminate a destructive emotion or an imposed desire, a creative one naturally arises in its place. Happiness is not something you need to achieve. It is what remains when everything superfluous is gone.

Three simple steps you can practice every day

The entire system, despite its depth, boils down to the development of one simple skill consisting of three steps. This is not a philosophy to be "understood." It's like riding a bicycle—a skill that needs to be trained.

Observe

1. Observe

Stop for a moment in the middle of the day and honestly ask yourself:

"What am I feeling right now? What desire is driving me?".

This is the act of returning your attention from the outer world to the inner one.

Discern

2. Discern

Determine the type of this state using your "compass":

"Does this impulse destroy me and drain my energy (Poison)? Or does it make me stronger and fill me with joy (Energy)?".

Act

3. Act

Make a simple inner effort to shift your attention:

This is like changing a radio station. Having heard a wave with static and negativity, you don't listen to it and don't argue with it. You simply turn the knob and tune into a wave with clear, harmonious music.

The more often you practice these three steps,

The faster they become an automatic habit. A habit that will change the quality of your life forever.

This is not a theory. This is life-tested.

Every technique and every principle described in this method has been tested and honed in practice over the course of my twenty-year experiment on my own consciousness.
