This User Agreement (hereinafter "Agreement") is an official public offer from the company MB "Web studija" to conclude a contract on the terms set out below.

Please read the text of this Agreement carefully. Completing the order and making a payment on the website https://alexguru.com/ signifies your full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of all terms of this Agreement.

1.1. Site – an internet resource located at the address https://alexguru.com/, which provides access to the Content.

1.2. Operator – the company MB "Web studija", a legal entity registered under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (reg. code: 306455709, address: Alaušo 1c, Vilnius, Lithuania), which administers the Site, accepts payments, and provides Services to Users.

1.3. Author – Alex Guru, the creator and holder of exclusive copyrights to all educational Content posted on the Site.

1.4. User – any individual who has accepted the terms of this Agreement by placing an order and paying for the Services on the Site.

1.5. Content – all objects of the Author's intellectual property posted on the Site, including text materials of courses, practical tasks, articles, and methodologies.

1.6. Service – the provision by the Operator to the User, on a paid basis, of the right of access (a non-exclusive license) to the Content on the Site for a specified period and in the volume corresponding to the selected and paid Subscription.

1.7. Subscription – the Service package selected by the User ("One Course," "One Stage," "The Complete Teaching," "VIP Access"), which determines the volume of accessible Content and the duration of access.

1.8. Account – the User's personal section on the Site ("Personal Account"), accessible after authorization, containing information about their Subscriptions.

2.1. The Operator undertakes to provide the User with the Service, and the User undertakes to pay for the Service and comply with the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. This Agreement is considered concluded (accepted) by the User at the moment of completing the order form on the Site, which includes filling out registration data and successful payment. The fact of payment confirms that the User is fully acquainted with and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

2.3. The Author (Alex Guru) is not a party to this Agreement. The Operator provides the Services on the basis of a license agreement with the Author.

3.1. Access to the Content is provided through an Account, which is created automatically when the first order is placed on the Site. The login for entry is the email address specified at the time of purchase.

3.2. The User is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all actions that occur using their Account.

3.3. In their Account, the User can view the history of their Subscriptions, their status and validity periods, and also extend them.

3.4. Access to the Content is provided immediately after confirmation of successful payment.

4.1. The cost of Subscriptions is indicated on the corresponding pages of the Site in euros (€).

4.2. Payment for the Services is made by the User as a 100% prepayment through the Stripe payment system.

4.3. The entry of payment data (such as card number, expiration date, CVC code) occurs on a secure page of the Stripe payment system. The Operator does not receive, process, or store the bank card data of the Users.

4.4. The User's payment obligation is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are credited to the Operator's account.

5.1. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded at a distance within 14 days.

5.2. EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: This right does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium.

5.3. By making a payment for a Subscription on the Site and ticking the checkbox in the "I accept the Terms and Conditions" field, you give your express prior consent to the immediate start of providing you with access to the digital Content, before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period.

5.4. You also acknowledge that you are fully aware of and agree that from the moment you gain access to the paid Content, you completely lose your right to withdraw from the purchase and to a refund.

5.5. Based on the foregoing, all payments made on the Site for providing access to the Content are final and non-refundable.

6.1. All exclusive rights to the Content belong to the Author (Alex Guru).

6.2. Within the framework of the paid Subscription, the User is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for the purposes of personal, non-commercial learning.

6.3. The User is strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, publishing, retelling, or otherwise reproducing any Content from the Site for third parties.
• Transferring their access data for the Account (login and password) to third parties.
• Organizing joint purchases ("group buys"), group use of the Account, or providing access to it in any other way.
• Using the Content for any commercial purposes.

6.4. Violation of the provisions of this section is a material breach of the Agreement and copyright law. In this case, the Operator has the right to immediately and without prior notice block the User's Account without a refund of the paid funds and to demand compensation for damages.

7.1. The Services and Content are provided on an "as is" basis. The Operator does not guarantee that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7.2. The Content of the Site is exclusively educational and informational. Neither the Author nor the Operator is responsible for how the User applies the information received and does not guarantee the achievement by the User of any specific personal, spiritual, financial, or other results.

7.3. The total liability of the Operator under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service.

8.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment of its acceptance by the User and is valid for the entire term of the paid Subscription.

8.2. The Operator has the right to unilaterally terminate the Agreement and block the User's Account in case of the User's violation of any of the terms of this Agreement, in particular, section 6. In this case, the funds paid are non-refundable.

9.1. All disputes and disagreements that may arise from this Agreement, the parties will strive to resolve through negotiations.

9.2. In case of impossibility to reach an agreement, disputes are subject to consideration in the court at the place of registration of the Operator in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

10.1. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its publication on the Site.
