This Terms of Use Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") constitutes a formal public offer by MB "Web studija" to enter into a contract under the terms and conditions set forth below.

Please read the text of this Agreement carefully. By completing your order and submitting payment on the website https://alexguru.com/, you provide your full and unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions contained within this Agreement.

1.1. Website – The internet resource located at https://alexguru.com/, which provides access to the Content.

1.2. Operator – MB "Web studija", a legal entity registered under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (registration code: 306455709, address: Alaušo 1c, Vilnius, Lithuania), which administers the Website, processes payments, and provides Services to Users.

1.3. Author – Alex Guru, the creator and sole owner of the exclusive intellectual property rights to all educational Content hosted on the Website.

1.4. User – Any individual who has accepted the terms of this Agreement by placing an order and paying for Services on the Website.

1.5. Content – All intellectual property objects created by the Author and hosted on the Website, including course texts, practical assignments, articles, and specialized methodologies.

1.6. Service – The provision by the Operator to the User, for a fee, of a right of access (non-exclusive license) to the Content on the Website for a specified period and scope corresponding to the chosen and paid Subscription.

1.7. Subscription – The specific Service package selected by the User (e.g., "Single Course," "One Stage," "Full Path," "VIP Access"), which determines the volume of accessible Content and the duration of access.

1.8. Account – The User’s personal section on the Website ("Personal Dashboard"), accessible after authorization via email/password or Third-Party Authentication Services (including but not limited to Facebook Login and Google Sign-In), which contains information regarding their Subscriptions and access to Content.

2.1. The Operator agrees to provide the Service, and the User agrees to pay for the Service and comply with the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. This Agreement is considered concluded and accepted by the User at the moment the order process is completed on the Website. This includes providing registration data and the successful completion of payment. The act of payment confirms that the User has fully read and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

2.3. The Author (Alex Guru) is not a party to this Agreement. The Operator provides Services based on a separate licensing agreement with the Author.

3.1. Provision of Services and Account Creation – Access to the Content is granted via the Account. An Account is created automatically upon the User's first order on the Website or through the User's first authorization via Third-Party Authentication Services. The email address provided during purchase or received from the third-party provider serves as the login. By choosing to register or log in via Third-Party Authentication Services, the User authorizes the Operator to access and use basic profile information (such as name, email address, and profile picture) provided by the respective platform (Google or Meta) to create and maintain the Account.

3.2. The User bears full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activities occurring under their Account.

3.3. Within their Account, the User may view their Subscription history, status, and expiration dates, as well as manage renewals.

3.4. Access to the Content is granted immediately upon confirmation of successful payment.

4.1. The cost of Subscriptions is listed on the respective pages of the Website in Euros (€).

4.2. Services are paid for by the User on a 100% prepayment basis via the Stripe payment system.

4.3. The entry of payment data (such as card number, expiration date, and CVC code) occurs on the secure checkout page of the Stripe payment system. The Operator does not receive, process, or store User bank card data.

4.4. The User’s payment obligation is considered fulfilled once the funds are successfully credited to the Operator’s account.

5.1. In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days.

5.2. EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: This right does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.

5.3. By paying for a Subscription on the Website and checking the box "I accept the Terms and Conditions," you provide your express prior consent for the provision of digital Content to begin immediately, before the expiration of the standard 14-day withdrawal period.

5.4. You also acknowledge and agree that once access to the paid Content has been granted, you completely lose your right of withdrawal and are not entitled to a refund.

5.5. Based on the above, all payments made on the Website for the provision of access to the Content are final and non-refundable.

6.1. All exclusive intellectual property rights to the Content belong solely to the Author (Alex Guru).

6.2. Under a paid Subscription, the User is granted a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Content strictly for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

6.3. The User is strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, publishing, paraphrasing, or otherwise reproducing any Content from the Website for third parties.
• Sharing Account access credentials (login and password) with third parties.
• Organizing or participating in unauthorized group purchases ("group buys"), collective account usage, or providing access to the Account in any other manner.
• Using the Content for any commercial purposes.
• Creating derivative works or products based on the materials found on the Website.
• Using the Content for the commercial training or coaching of others without the express written permission of the Author.

6.4. Violation of these provisions constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and copyright law. In such an event, the Operator reserves the right to immediately block the User’s Account without prior notice and without a refund of any fees paid, and may seek compensation for damages.

7.1. Educational Nature of Materials

The Consciousness Workshop project (authored by Alex Guru) is an online educational platform. All materials, courses, articles, videos, and techniques provided on the Website are for informational and educational purposes only. They represent the Author's personal perspective on self-development, psychology, and personal effectiveness (the "Engineering Approach").

7.2. Not a Medical Service

The information on this Website does not constitute medical assistance, clinical psychotherapy, or professional medical advice. The Author and the Website Administration do not provide diagnoses or prescribe medical treatments. No information on this Website should be used as a substitute for a consultation with a qualified physician, psychiatrist, or psychologist.

7.3. Physical Health

The courses may include techniques involving bodywork and breathwork. The User is solely responsible for evaluating their own physical condition before performing any exercises. If you have chronic conditions (e.g., cardiovascular or respiratory issues), you must consult a doctor before beginning any practice. If you experience pain or discomfort, you must stop the exercises immediately.

7.4. Mental Health

The described methods for working with consciousness (meditation, belief-shifting, concentration techniques) are intended for mentally healthy individuals.

Contraindications for using the Website materials:

• Clinical depression.
• Bipolar Affective Disorder (BAD).
• Schizophrenia and other psychotic spectrum disorders.
• Epilepsy.
• The use of strong psychotropic medications (antipsychotics, tranquilizers) without the approval of a treating physician.

By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User confirms that they have no diagnosed psychiatric conditions that would prevent the adequate perception of reality, or that they have received permission from their treating physician to participate in the course.

8.1. The Services and Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator does not guarantee that the Website will operate uninterrupted or error-free.

8.2. The Website Content is purely educational and informational. Neither the Author nor the Operator shall be held liable for how the User applies the information received, and they do not guarantee the achievement of any specific personal, spiritual, financial, or other results.

8.3. The total aggregate liability of the Operator under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Service.

8.4. Results
The Website Administration does not guarantee specific outcomes (financial, personal, or health-related). Success depends on numerous factors: the User's individual characteristics, diligence, the time dedicated to practice, and their starting point. Testimonials and case studies featured on the Website are examples of individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results for everyone.

8.5. Responsibility for Use
The User assumes full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or inactions based on the information obtained from the Website. The Administration shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profit, moral harm, or health deterioration resulting from the use of Website materials.

9.1. This Agreement enters into force upon its acceptance by the User and remains valid throughout the duration of the paid Subscription.

9.2. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement and block the User’s Account if the User breaches any terms of this Agreement, specifically those in Section 6. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

10.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement shall be sought to be resolved through negotiation between the parties.

10.2. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, disputes shall be settled in the courts at the place of the Operator’s registration, in accordance with the current laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.1. The Operator reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. The new version of the Agreement takes effect from the moment of its publication on the Website.
