You don’t have to choose one thing for the rest of your life. However, you absolutely must choose one thing at a time.
In Step 1, we deconstruct the Paradox of Choice. The brain’s "operating system" cannot effectively process 10 major goals simultaneously without a total loss of performance. Instead, we implement the "Serial Mastery" strategy: immerse yourself in one topic for 3–6 months, achieve a measurable result, and then switch. This is exponentially more effective than running 10 programs at once and reaching a system freeze.
A strategy is not a rigid plan.
