Picture an experienced athlete in the gym. They have different types of workouts in their toolkit. Sometimes they work with weights methodically and precisely, counting every kilogram and every rep to track their progress. Other times they do a short but explosive, high-intensity session to "shock" the muscles and trigger new growth.
The same is true when working with our states of joy. At an advanced level, different "training modes" become available to us. One is analytical and precise, focused on measuring and building up. The other is powerful and intuitive, focused on cleansing and "rebooting."
In this final practical Step, we will master two such advanced techniques: "Measuring the Volume of Joy" and the paradoxical "Burning Away Joyful States."
