Step 5
How to Make the Right Decisions When You're in Doubt:
Intuition as Data Analysis

Somatic Markers:
Calibrating Your "Internal Compass" Along 4 Axes
"Am I doing the right thing?", "What if I should have chosen differently?", "Should I pick stability or my dream?" Life is a continuous stream of choices, both large and small. Most of us struggle with chronic doubt, trying to "calculate" the perfect option using logic alone. We weigh pros and cons, seek advice, and analyze risks—yet we often reach a processing dead-end because logic cannot solve every equation.
We search for answers in the external world—in books, from gurus, or through others' experiences. In doing so, we forget that the most accurate and honest navigator is built directly into us. This is your "Internal Compass" (intuition), which unerringly points toward which decision leads to growth and which leads to systemic decay.
The problem is that we have forgotten how to use it. The needle is rusted by self-doubt, and the scale is jammed with societal "shoulds" and "musts." In this Step, we will learn how to clean and calibrate your intuition so you can trust its readings once again.
