Neuroplasticity and Hebb’s Law:
How Your Beliefs Physically Change
Imagine someone who has spent their entire life wearing a tight, suffocating corset. It hindered their breathing and restricted every movement. In the previous levels, we learned how to find and loosen the locks on that "corset"—our blind beliefs.
As you start to feel that first, intoxicating sense of freedom, a new challenge arises. Your muscles, long accustomed to leaning on that rigid corset, have weakened. Without the familiar "walls" of your inner prison, you might feel vulnerable or even disoriented.
Simply discarding an old, "warped skeleton" is not enough. To walk through life with a straight back and total confidence, you need a new, healthy, and flexible skeleton—a set of supportive, true beliefs that will become your new foundation. In this Level, we will focus on the conscious construction of that foundation.
