But life is inherently unpredictable. It will always throw situations at us that strike our most vulnerable spots—these are known as "triggers." In these high-pressure moments, even the most mindful person can "roll back" to their old, habitual reactions and lose their footing.

How can you protect your new, empowered state from these inevitable attacks? How can you ensure that your confidence and peace do not depend on external circumstances?
