A pole lying on the ground won’t help a tightrope walker; you must pick it up, feel its weight, and learn to use it until it becomes second nature.

How do you transform a collection of smart thoughts into a living, functioning reflex that activates automatically at the exact moment you need it? How do you "bring to life" your Emotional Support and hardwire it into your nervous system?

This process is similar to learning a dance or training at the gym. It doesn't require genius—it requires consistent, conscious repetition. In this Step, we will break down the step-by-step technology for "building" and "installing" your very first Emotional Support system.
