Congratulations on moving up to the next level! You have already learned how to manage your emotions and navigate your desires. You are the master of your internal home. But who actually sets the rules in this house? Who decides what is "good" or "bad," what is "right," and what is "impossible"?

We like to believe that our convictions are the result of our own personal experience and common sense. However, in most cases, this simply isn't true. Since childhood, our thinking has been "infected" with hundreds of viruses—external rules, opinions, and dogmas that we took on faith without ever questioning them.

These "mental viruses" run in the background. They distort how you see reality, trigger internal conflicts, and force you to act against your own interests—all while you sincerely believe you are doing the right thing. This Level is your first "antivirus scan." We are going to learn how to detect these harmful programs and see exactly how deep they have penetrated your "operating system."

A programmer cannot fix a code error until they find the exact line it’s on.

In the same way, you cannot change a behavior until you find the belief that triggers it.

On this level, we are entering "Debugging Mode." We aren’t here to "fix" or force anything. We are simply going to observe how your neural code works and look for the "bugs"—the logical errors and viruses that are consuming your energy.
