Spiritual Awakening Explained:
A Clear, Science-Backed Path to Enlightenment
Author: Alex Guru | Reading time: 9 minutes

The word 'enlightenment' has accumulated so many myths, esoteric embellishments, and marketing promises that most people instinctively want nothing to do with it.
We tend to think that enlightenment is reserved for a chosen few — that it requires retreating to a cave, subsisting on air, sitting in lotus position for twenty years, or being struck by lightning. We picture it as some mystical, almost narcotic bliss in which a person loses touch with reality and drifts through life wearing a permanent vacant smile.
I'm an engineer. I don't believe in magic. I believe in systems, algorithms, and reproducible results. And I'll tell you this: 'Spiritual awakening' is not a miracle. It's a technical term describing the optimal operating state of your psychophysical system.
If you're tired of beautiful metaphors and want to understand the mechanics of the process — this article is for you.
🛡 Note: High-Intensity Work Ahead
The techniques described here — disidentification, stopping the inner dialogue, working with stillness — are powerful tools that directly affect the psyche.
Contraindications:
Clinical depression, psychiatric disorders (schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis), and the use of strong psychotropic medication. If you are under the care of a psychiatrist, only practise these techniques with their explicit approval.
If you experience intense anxiety or destabilisation — stop the practice immediately and ground yourself.
